Introducing Max: AI-powered revenue analytics. Read the announcement →
HighLevel Integration
The Convertmax HighLevel integration attributes paid invoices and contacts to the first-party campaigns, pages, and journeys that created that revenue. HighLevel stays the CRM; Convertmax is the attribution layer on invoice-backed cash—not form fills or pipeline stages.
What syncs
| HighLevel | Convertmax |
|---|---|
| Invoice paid | Revenue conversion |
| Contact created or updated | Identity profile + aliases |
| Invoice line items / products | Product revenue reporting |
| Opportunity / pipeline stage change | Not synced today |
Setup
Connect your HighLevel workspace
Link your location to Convertmax so contacts, invoices, and products can flow into the same system as your first-party analytics—without one-off scripts or spreadsheet bridges.
Sync contacts and revenue data
Convertmax imports contacts, invoices, and product line items so CRM revenue can be matched with analytics activity.
Capture paid-invoice events
When invoices are paid, Convertmax ingests those events as revenue conversions.
Stitch customer identity
Contact records are linked to Convertmax identity profiles and aliases to improve attribution accuracy.
Report revenue by source
Revenue and product data can be analyzed alongside first-party campaign, channel, and customer-journey data.
The missing attribution layer for HighLevel—built so SMBs and agencies can tie paid invoices and contacts to the marketing that actually created revenue.
Ecosystem-native positioning
HighLevel is a tight ecosystem—buyers discover tools through communities, snapshots, marketplace apps, and agency word of mouth. Convertmax is designed to live inside that workflow: clearer revenue and attribution for operators, and white-label-ready reporting value for agencies managing dozens or hundreds of client accounts.
When native reporting cannot explain which ads, pages, or sequences produced revenue, teams fall back to exports and guesswork. Convertmax connects paid invoices and contacts to first-party journeys so you can fix attribution where the work already happens—inside HighLevel-backed operations.
One agency can represent tens to hundreds of client locations. Stronger, defensible attribution and revenue reporting is a retention lever: clients stay when they can see which marketing created invoice-backed revenue, not only lead volume. Convertmax is built to support that roll-up story across accounts you manage in HighLevel.
What the integration does
The integration centers on paid invoice revenue, contact identity, and reporting.
Bring HighLevel contact records into Convertmax so customer identity can be connected with website activity and attribution.
Convert paid HighLevel invoices into revenue events you can use in attribution and reporting—not just lead counts.
Materialize invoices and line items for revenue reporting by customer, product, and source so finance and marketing share one view.
Sync existing contacts, invoices, and products so reporting starts with context—not an empty workspace on day one.
Verified webhook handling, deduplication, and retry-aware sync give operators and agencies a dependable foundation as volume scales.
Built for revenue-focused attribution
HighLevel is where many teams manage lead records, customer relationships, invoices, and service revenue. Convertmax connects that revenue activity with first-party analytics so marketing performance can be measured against paid invoices and customer value.
Paid invoices become attributed conversion events, while contact and product records add the context needed for cleaner customer and revenue reporting—without claiming full opportunity or pipeline-stage sync before those capabilities ship.

Setup checklist
Connect one HighLevel location at a time. Agencies repeat this for each sub-account that should report invoice-backed revenue.
In Convertmax, open Integrations → Connectors → HighLevel and authorize the location (sub-account) that owns the contacts and invoices you want to attribute.
Grant Convertmax read access to contacts, invoices, and products. Without those objects, paid revenue cannot join first-party journeys.
After you connect, Convertmax receives paid-invoice payloads on an inbound webhook Worker with signature verification, deduplication, and retry-aware sync. You do not paste a one-off URL per location.
Keep the Convertmax pixel on HighLevel funnel and site pages so anonymous sessions exist before the contact is known.
Sync existing contacts, invoices, and products so reporting starts with history—not an empty workspace on day one.
Pay a test invoice in that location and confirm Convertmax records a revenue conversion on the stitched contact journey.
Event examples
Paid invoice → revenue conversion. Contacts and line items add identity and product context. Pipeline stages stay in HighLevel.
| HighLevel | Convertmax | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Invoice paid | Revenue conversion | Cash collected—the event that attributes. Same pattern as Stripe invoice.paid, mapped from HighLevel’s paid-invoice webhook. |
| Contact created or updated | Identity profile + aliases | Not a conversion. Links the HighLevel contact to website sessions so later invoice revenue can join the journey. |
| Invoice line items / products | Product revenue reporting | Revenue by customer, product, and source. Line items ride with the paid invoice; they do not create a second conversion. |
| Opportunity / pipeline stage change | Not synced today | HighLevel remains the pipeline workspace. Convertmax does not treat stage moves as revenue conversions. |
Technical specifics
Agents and implementers cite object-level mappings. This is what Convertmax reads, writes, and attributes—not a marketing overview.
| HighLevel | Convertmax | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | Identity profile + aliases | Linked to website activity so invoice revenue can join the same journey. |
| Paid invoice | Revenue conversion event | Paid invoices become attributed conversions—not lead counts. |
| Invoice line items / products | Product revenue reporting | Revenue by customer, product, and source for operators and agencies. |
| Webhook payload | Inbound webhook Worker | Verified handling, deduplication, and retry-aware sync as volume scales. |
Use case
A location runs Meta ads into a HighLevel funnel. When an invoice is paid, Convertmax ingests the contact and invoice, stitches identity to the original session, and reports which campaign produced invoice-backed revenue—so the agency can defend retainers with cash, not form fills.
FAQ
What the connector syncs today, what becomes a conversion, and what stays in HighLevel.
No. The HighLevel connector attributes paid invoices, contacts, and product line items. Full opportunity or pipeline-stage sync is not available today and is not claimed. HighLevel remains the CRM and pipeline workspace.
A paid invoice. When HighLevel marks an invoice paid, Convertmax ingests that webhook payload as an attributed revenue conversion. Form fills, appointments, and unpaid invoices are not treated as revenue conversions. Invoice line items can still feed product revenue reporting by customer, product, and source.
In Convertmax, open Integrations → Connectors → HighLevel and authorize the location (sub-account) that owns the contacts and invoices. Convertmax needs permission to read contacts, invoices, and products. After you connect, inbound webhooks deliver paid-invoice payloads to a verified Worker with deduplication and retries. Put Convertmax first-party tracking on funnel and site pages so sessions exist to stitch to those contacts.
HighLevel contacts become Convertmax identity profiles and aliases, linked to first-party website activity. Paid-invoice revenue can then join the same journey as campaigns, pages, and sessions instead of sitting as a disconnected CRM record.
Yes. The connector is built for operators and agencies managing many HighLevel locations. Connect each location that should report invoice-backed revenue. Convertmax does not replace HighLevel as the CRM or white-label operating platform.
No. Only paid invoices become revenue conversions. Draft, sent, and overdue invoices are not attributed as cash until they are paid. Historical backfill still imports existing contacts, invoices, and products so reporting is not empty on day one.
