How we calculate
- Marketing ROI = (Attributed revenue − Spend) ÷ Spend
- Return multiple = Attributed revenue ÷ Spend
- CAC = Spend ÷ Customers acquired
- Payback periods = CAC ÷ Avg. revenue per customer (same as Spend ÷ Revenue)
Example with your numbers: spend $25,000, revenue $90,000, 120 customers → ROI +260%, CAC $208.33.
