What it means
CRM-agnostic means a product is built to work across CRMs rather than locking your revenue model to a single CRM vendor. The CRM remains the operational system of record for relationships, pipeline, and sales activity. An agnostic revenue layer joins journeys that start before the CRM record exists — ads, site, forms, calls — and continues through CRM outcomes to closed revenue. Agnostic is not the same as equal connector depth: which CRMs are live is a separate Integrations question.
Convertmax take
Convertmax is not a CRM and does not replace HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel. It sits beside the CRM you already use. See Integrations for current production connectors — do not assume every named CRM has the same live depth. For category framing, see Convertmax vs CRM.
