Make.com Integration

Automate Convertmax signals with Make.com scenarios

Use Make.com as a bidirectional automation layer: send CRM and form events into Convertmax, and push lead scores and conversions back out to the tools your team already uses.

Build your own automations or workflows using Make—without waiting for a native Convertmax connector for each tool.

What the integration does

What you can do today

Inbound webhooks, outbound delivery, Connectors UI setup, and conversion events from HubSpot, Jobber, HighLevel, and Close.

Send data into Convertmax

Use Make scenarios to pass leads, form submissions, and CRM updates into Convertmax from the tools you already connect in Make.

Push updates back to Make

When lead scores change or conversions are recorded, Convertmax sends events to your Make webhook so scenarios can react in real time.

Connect from the dashboard

Set up Make in Integrations → Connectors—connect, disconnect, and see whether outbound delivery is active.

CRM conversion events

Deals closed in HubSpot or Close, invoices paid in Jobber or HighLevel—when Convertmax records a conversion, Make scenarios can react automatically.

Attribution and reporting

Data sent from Make joins identity profiles, sales attribution, and daily reporting alongside your other connected sources.

Built for revenue-focused attribution

Connect revenue activity to first-party marketing measurement

Make.com lets non-developers orchestrate Convertmax signals alongside hundreds of other modules—Slack alerts, CRM tasks, SMS, enrichment, and custom logic.

When sales attribution is enabled, outbound lead-score events become meaningful triggers. Conversion notifications fire when Convertmax records HubSpot deals, Jobber invoices, HighLevel payments, Close opportunities, web purchases, and other revenue events.

How it works

From connection to revenue reporting

  1. 1

    Install or connect

Install the Convertmax app in Make or open Integrations → Connectors → Make.com in the dashboard.

  2. 2

  3. 3

    Build inbound scenarios

POST leads and forms from tools Make already connects to at the Convertmax inbound URL.

  4. 4

    Listen for outbound events

Trigger scenarios on lead score changes and conversion.recorded events from Convertmax.
