Integration questions

What works today, what is in development, and how to plan when your stack is not listed yet.

Which integrations does Convertmax support today?

Production connectors include Slack, Close, HubSpot, HighLevel, Stripe, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Vendure, BigCommerce, WordPress and WooCommerce, CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Segment, Make, Mautic, Optimontra, Tally, Google Search Console, BigQuery export, and Microsoft Fabric export. See the Integrations page for the full current list and landing pages for each connector.

Can I use Ask Max in Slack?

Yes. After you connect Slack, use /convertmax in a channel or mention @convertmax in a thread. Answers post back in Slack, scoped to your connected workspace, and share Ask Max usage with the Convertmax app. Growth plans and above can also deliver Max Brief to a Slack channel from Account → Notifications.

Which integrations are in development?

Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Pipedrive, Microsoft Teams (Ask Max), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are currently in development. Contact us for current status and an implementation path rather than treating them as production-ready today.

What if my platform is not listed?

Tell us what you use and what you want to measure. We will help plan the right path—whether that is an item already on our roadmap, webhook ingestion, or a custom setup—so your attribution layer still covers the journeys that matter.

How do call tracking integrations work?

CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics send call events to Convertmax via webhooks. Those calls connect back to campaigns, keywords, and landing pages so phone conversions stay part of multi-touch attribution and revenue reporting.

Can I export Convertmax data to a warehouse?

Yes. BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric export can send events, contacts, and revenue into your warehouse and BI stack. Convertmax can be the managed attribution layer that also supplies downstream analytics—not an either/or choice versus your warehouse.

Don't see your platform or integration?

If your stack is not listed yet, tell us what you use and what you want to measure — we will help you plan the right path, whether that is on our roadmap or a custom setup.
