Tips for better answers
- Be specific about time ranges: “Show revenue for last week” is better than “Show revenue.”
- Ask for comparisons: “Compare this month to last month” gives more context.
- Request breakdowns: “Break down by channel” or “Show by device” adds dimension.
- Follow up: After any answer, use the follow-up chips to dig deeper — “What does this mean?”, “What should I do about this?”, “Break down by channel.”
- Use merge fields: For recurring questions, use placeholders like
[date range]that Max will fill in automatically.
