Convertmax runs inside the BigCommerce control panel and combines storefront activity, order data, and attribution reporting in one merchant workspace.

If you have not installed the app yet, start with the BigCommerce installation guide.

Open the app

  1. Sign in to the BigCommerce control panel.
  2. Open Apps.
  3. Select Convertmax.

The header shows the current state of the integration:

  • Convertmax connection — merchant registration and workspace connection
  • Storefront tracking — analytics script installation
  • Revenue sync — product, customer, and order synchronization

Select Refresh after installation, billing changes, or storefront activity to retrieve the latest state.

Revenue

The Revenue tab summarizes performance for the selected date range.

Use it to review:

  • attributed revenue and orders
  • conversion rate and average order value
  • shopper sessions and journey match rate
  • net merchandise revenue and gross profit
  • revenue by channel
  • leading touch paths
  • custom events
  • first-click, last-click, and linear attribution comparisons

Choose Last 7 days or Last 30 days from the report date range selector. Reports begin populating after storefront events and orders have synchronized.

Tracking Health

The Tracking Health tab confirms whether Convertmax is receiving storefront and BigCommerce activity.

It includes:

  • storefront script status
  • webhook status
  • order-to-journey matching coverage
  • recent storefront events
  • recent webhook deliveries

To test tracking, visit several pages on each storefront, return to the embedded app, and select Refresh.

Manage Plan

The Manage Plan tab shows the current subscription and available plans.

Plan selection uses BigCommerce Unified Billing:

  1. Choose the required plan.
  2. Complete checkout on the BigCommerce-hosted billing page.
  3. Return to Convertmax.
  4. Select Refresh until the new plan is shown.

Charges and subscription management remain in BigCommerce. Convertmax does not collect payment-card details in the embedded app.

Settings

The Settings tab provides operational details for the current installation:

  • store name, storefront domain, and store hash
  • installer and installation date
  • billing status
  • tracking and event endpoints
  • registered webhooks
  • resource synchronization state
  • Catalyst/headless setup information

Include the store hash or storefront domain when contacting support.

Multi-Storefront behavior

Convertmax installs tracking independently on every BigCommerce storefront site. Reopen the app after adding a storefront so setup can reconcile the new site.

Tracking scripts use the Analytics consent category. A shopper’s consent choices can therefore affect whether analytics events are collected.

For storefront-by-storefront verification, follow the installation guide.

Catalyst and headless storefronts

A Catalyst or other headless storefront requires the Convertmax React integration because BigCommerce Script Manager does not inject storefront scripts into an independently hosted frontend.

Open Settings > Catalyst / headless for the store-specific endpoint and configuration example. See the React SDK guide for the general SDK workflow.

Convertmax is designed for first-party analytics and attribution. The BigCommerce script is registered as Analytics and follows the storefront’s applicable consent behavior. Merchants remain responsible for configuring their consent banner and privacy disclosures for their business and jurisdictions.
