Your CRM records activity: calls, stages, and closed deals. Sales Intelligence uses that CRM, plus first-party website and marketing evidence, to show what is working. You keep the CRM. Convertmax does not replace it.
Connect a CRM, then use the Sales reports. Who can open each one is in Personas. Field-level detail is in Reports.
Rep effectiveness
Team (/sales/reps/) compares reps for the date range you pick. Use it to see who converts, not only who is active.
The table includes won revenue, pipeline handled, close rate, revenue conversion, average deal size, revenue per qualified lead, and each rep’s strongest source. Open a rep for that person’s won revenue, close rate, open pipeline, and assigned contacts.
Sales reps do not see other reps. Directors, VPs, revenue ops, and full-workspace members do. The report lists every rep. It does not produce a coaching plan.
Lead quality
By campaign (/sales/attribution/) shows which sources and campaigns create pipeline and which ones produce closed-won revenue. That is the difference between a source that creates contacts and a source that creates customers.
Ghost pipeline lists campaigns with meaningful open pipeline and little closed revenue. Priorities still decides which individual contacts to work. Campaign reporting decides which sources deserve more of that work.
By campaign is visible to VP of Sales, revenue ops, and full workspace.
Conversion
Pipeline (/sales/pipeline/) is the bottleneck view. It shows open deal value, closed-won revenue in the selected range, and open pipeline by CRM stage. The stage with the most open value is where deals are sitting. The page is a snapshot, not a forecast.
Rep close rate on Team is the rep-level conversion number. A rep’s own pipeline is My Pipeline.
Ask Max can go one step further on a stuck stage or a rep gap, for example which deals have sat in the same stage too long. See Automations.
Revenue
By path (/sales/revenue/) splits revenue into Direct (no rep) and Sales-assisted. Use it when the question is who closed the revenue: self-serve, or a rep.
By campaign answers which source or campaign influenced that pipeline and revenue. The model on By path can be First-Touch, Last-Touch, Linear, U-Shaped, W-Shaped, Time-Decay, or Data-Driven. Last-Touch is the default.
By path and By campaign are visible to VP of Sales, revenue ops, and full workspace.
