Your CRM tracks activity. Sales Intelligence explains performance.

It connects the CRM you already use with first-party website and marketing evidence. You do not migrate the CRM, and you do not replace it. Convertmax shows which reps convert, which leads generate revenue, where opportunities stall, and which contact to work next.

Sales Intelligence is a paid add-on. The Sales pages, settings, and scoring APIs stay unavailable until the add-on is active on the workspace.

What you get

  • Rep effectiveness. See who converts and who contributes revenue, not only who logged activity. Details are in Sales performance.
  • Lead quality. Separate sources that create contacts from sources that create customers.
  • Conversion. See where open pipeline sits by stage, and which deals are not moving.
  • Revenue. Connect the source, the rep, and the closed outcome in one place instead of separate CRM and marketing reports.
  • Lead intelligence. Score and enrich contacts so the team starts with a reason, not a raw list. See Priorities and Lead enrichment.
  • Ask Max. Ask why close rate or pipeline changed, in plain language. See Automations.

Getting started

Open Sales at /ai/sales/ in your Convertmax workspace.

What you see depends on the sales persona on your workspace membership. See Personas.

If scoring is not set up yet, revenue ops and full-workspace members see a checklist on that page:

  1. Bootstrap scoring defaults — creates a starting scoring model, rules, and ideal customer profile.
  2. Verify native tracking signals — confirms the Convertmax script is sending visitor activity.
  3. Optional: connect a CRM — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, or Dynamics. Scores can run on tracked visitors without a CRM, and a CRM adds owners, stages, and deals.
  4. Lead scores generated — contacts appear after a score exists.

Lead enrichment is separate from that checklist. It stays off until you save an Apollo or QuickEnrich key, or an HTTPS endpoint for SyncGTM, FullEnrich, or Clay. See Lead enrichment.

Empty lists usually mean CRM sync has not finished or scores have not been computed yet. Someone who can edit scoring can open Settings and choose Force recompute all. Scores also refresh when new events arrive, when rules change, and on an hourly pass over recently active contacts.

In this section

  • Personas — who can open each Sales page, and who can edit scoring.
  • Priorities — hot, warm, and cold contacts, My Work, and accounts.
  • Sales performance — rep effectiveness, lead quality, conversion, and revenue.
  • Reports — pipeline, revenue by path, campaigns, and the team.
  • Configuration — tiers, weights, ideal customer, rules, and CRM writeback.
  • Lead enrichment — Apollo or QuickEnrich key, or an HTTPS endpoint for SyncGTM, FullEnrich, or Clay.
  • Automations — Make.com lead-score signals, Ask Max, and MCP.

Tips

  • Bootstrap defaults before you tune weights. An empty rules list produces no scores.
  • Connect the CRM if you want owners, stages, and pipeline on the same contacts as the score.
  • Explain fit, intent, and engagement in a demo, then open lead detail so the buyer can read the reason lines, including decay.
  • Treat By path and By campaign as different questions. Path is who closed the revenue. Campaign is which source created it.
  • After a scoring change, check one hot contact’s breakdown before you trust the new ranking.
