The Sales home list shows each contact’s score (0–100), tier, owner, priority, and recommended action. Who sees this list depends on persona.

Tiers

  • Hot — at or above the hot threshold.
  • Warm — at or above the warm threshold, below hot.
  • Cold — below the warm threshold.

Filter with the tier tabs. Open a contact for the full score: intent, priority, recommended action, dimension breakdown, the signals behind the score, and a short explanation of why the score landed there. From that page you can open the contact profile or the linked account evidence.

If a contact has no owner and you can assign one, use the owner menu on the list. Assigning an owner sends the lead.assigned signal to connected automations. Directors can assign only to reps they manage. VPs can assign any workspace rep.

Recommended actions are Book a meeting, Assign an owner, Automated qualification, and Nurture workflow. A hot contact with a large open opportunity is assigned an owner. Other hot contacts are booked into a meeting. Warm contacts go to qualification. Cold contacts stay on nurture.

My Work

Reps see four queues, each capped to the top contacts:

  • Needs follow-up now — highest-priority contacts that should get a person first.
  • Best meeting candidates — contacts ready for a meeting or a live handoff.
  • Keep warm — contacts that should get a timely follow-up so they do not stall.
  • Recently re-ranked — contacts whose priorities changed most recently.

Each row shows the contact, priority, suggested next step, and when the score was last updated.

Accounts

Accounts (/ai/sales/accounts/) lists CRM accounts ranked by the highest contact score from the last 7 days, then by the latest linked visit. Open an account to see who is involved, what changed, and which follow-up the evidence supports. Switch CRM provider with the tabs at the top. Reps see accounts tied to their assigned contacts, so the list can be partial.

Accounts appear after CRM contacts sync with a company or organization relationship.
